The Palisair Homeowners Association (PHOA), Incorporation Date:8/23/1960, is comprised of 140 homeowners in Tracts 15944, 15948 and 19890 in the city of Los Angeles, and is governed by its Tract Committee through an elected Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the PHOA is to enforce the CC&R’s and to keep members informed of ongoing important activities. ALERT – Gov. Homeowner Dues for 2017 are $266, and were due January 1, 2017. Late fees of $26.60 are imposed after February 1, 2017, and finance charge of 12% / year are imposed after January 1, 2017
- PHOA Monthly Meetings are on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7pm. The location and agenda will be posted 4 days before each meeting. They are open only to PHOA homeowners, others by Board invitation only.
